The Board of Directors of Bursa Malaysia is committed to ensure that Bursa Malaysia fosters an environment where integrity and ethical behavior is maintained. Any conduct which, if proved, constitutes a criminal offence or any conduct that constitutes a wrongdoing or malpractice (“Improper Conduct”) will not be tolerated. Examples of such Improper Conduct include a breach of any law (for example, insider trading laws) or the commitment of any criminal act, including criminal breach of trust, extortion and sabotage. 

If you have any information on any such Improper Conduct by any of Bursa Malaysia’s employees, we would like to hear about it so that we can address it effectively. You may download and fill up the form below to lodge your report:-

and send it to the Senior Independent Director (“SID”) appointed by the Board of Directors.  

In the event that you have a complaint of any Improper Conduct by Directors of Bursa Malaysia, you may submit your report directly to the Chairman of the Board of Directors or to the SID, whichever applicable or preferred. The contact details of the Chairman of the Board or SID are as below:-
